Our approach to care combines advanced integrative acupuncture with intuitive therapeutic massage and lymphatic massage therapy to promote relaxation and healing. We design our Acupuncture Combo to bring acupuncture and therapeutic massage together as a comprehensive treatment. Massage helps release physical tension, while acupuncture supports nervous system regulation and reaches deeper muscular and nerve pathways. Cupping or moxibustion may be added without extra charges, yet every modality is optional and selected according to your wellness goals. 
We offer a deeply therapeutic 90-minute experience designed to restore inner harmony through acupuncture and complementary energetic practices. Pure essential oils, carefully selected crystals, sound healing, and intentional ritual are incorporated to support the major chakra centers. Our approach recognizes energy as both medicine and patient while encouraging natural healing, renewed vitality, and emotional balance. 
Our 60-minute lymphatic drainage massage is a therapeutic approach for supporting the bodys natural lymphatic function. Gentle manual movements help accelerate lymphatic flow and address fluid buildup that may occur with inactivity, stress, dehydration, poor diet, toxins, or recent infections. The treatment promotes cellular detoxification, strengthens immune defenses, reduces swelling, and supports overall cellular vitality. 
Our approach begins with a personalized discussion about what each client hopes to accomplish during the session. From there, we identify the techniques they prefer and combine methods that best support their goals. We can address concerns including muscle and joint pain, stress, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, neuropathy, headaches, sinus congestion, digestive disorders, TMJ, and swelling. 
We provide cranio-sacral therapy as a therapeutic modality performed by massage therapists, although it is not considered a massage. During treatment, you remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. With a soft touch, typically about the weight of a nickel, we release restrictions along the spinal column from the sacrum to the base of the skull. I've known these ladies for some years and they are both magical and knowledgeable healers. I had a Lymphatic drainage massage with Sadhvi after I had some lymph swelling and at the end of a head cold (or was it allergies? lol). Well their was a lot of mucous clearing from me for weeks after so I'd say I'm pretty clear now! I had also had some acupuncture a week after the massage working with further clearing and support.

Mary is knowledgeable, kind, and completely competent. The combination of Accupunture and Massage was helpful and relaxing. Or magical. The whole experience is soothing and healing. I would recommend going to AcuNa for a splurge of self care or to heal a particular pain. You are in good hands there.

My husband had an issue with a scar on his thumb that was totally affecting his quality of life when it came to pain, discomfort, and mobility. He had been to many traditional doctors who basically prescribed pain meds. It didn't help. A friend referred me to Acu-N when I was in search of an experienced and reliable acupuncturist. I was hoping to not have to wait long for an appointment- Amanda at the front desk got me in that same day! Mary provided acupuncture in a community setting to myself and nearly 30 other individual for a Chakra Balancing event with friend, Karen, on the crystal bowls. They were professional and efficient, kind and welcoming, knowledgeable of mind and heart. The treatment was medicine to the soul and, personally, my body received the needles in such a way that broke up patterns of heat I was holding and allowed for a comfortable resolution to some of my imbalances.
