You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 4 hours preceding your appointment.
Cancellations within the 4-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Please call or text us in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment.
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes without letting us know, it will be considered as a "no-show", and your slot will automatically become available for someone else.
No shows will be charged for the full service scheduled at your next visit.
