Why get a massage? Well, because it feels good for one thing, but are you. Suffering from high stress? Having headaches? Muscles feeling heavy and exhausted? Constant neck and shoulder pain interrupting daily activities? Feeling drained and tired? If you answered YES to one or all of these examples, then you need it more than "it just feels good."

Whether you just want to relax and get some much needed quiet time or find a way to address these issues, you can finally stop your search for your local massage therapist. I work with your individual needs designed to accommodate your specific aches and pains of day to day life. I use long flowing movements, generally with my forearms and hands, working with your muscles resistance to pressure as to not create a feeling of "pain" but rather a feeling of "relief".

Remember that massage makes a perfect gift to all of those you love for any occasion. Purchase a Gift Certificate now online and print it from your computer, or choose to have one mailed to you within 5 business days.

read more › Massage therapy is and has been my passion and hobby with the encouragement of my father bringing home my very first massage table for my 12th birthday. I feel it was what I was born to do. I try to adjust all the massage techniques that I have learned over the past twenty years to create a customized massage for your individual needs for that day. I find it captivating to continuously improve my skills through various research and learning new modalities. I have always had a big heart and it gives me great joy to help others.

I will once again do temperature checks at the door for all of our safety. My schedule is still limited as to reduce capacity and exposure as I feel it's still in the best interest for all. Appointments have one hour spaced between the next appointment to ensure proper amounts of time for sanitization and filtered scrubbing of airspace of the room. Wishing everyone safety, clarity and health.
