Life causes stress - static posture jobs, travel, exercise, having kids. Simply getting older stresses your body! If you want to reduce pain, improve performance, or just relax from a stressful week, then let me help you meet your goals and thrive in your lifestyle! More and more, massage therapy is about achieving a better quality of life by rehabilitating the problem areas holding you back.

Today, nearly half of all massages are performed to address specific health and injury needs. Prior to your session a Q&A and variety of assessments will help determine the areas you need addressed. Assessments may include palpating (examining by touch) the area of your pain, assessing your posture and range of motion, or performing muscle or orthopedic tests.

The time we spend assessing your situation will not cut into your massage time, nor will you be charged for it. I do this to ensure your full session is put to the most effective use! I'm currently using massage as a directed therapy to counteract the effects of fibromyalgia.
Services
After a career in Technology I decided to follow my passion to provide healing through massage therapy.
I received my training through the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts (ASHA) in Norcross, GA where I graduated in 2012 with certifications in Neuromuscular, Swedish, and Clinical Sports massage.
I love my work because of the diversity of my clients and the diversity of treatments each one requires!
I get to work with everyone from stay-at-home moms to business professionals and weekend athletes.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation or rescheduling so I can have time to schedule another client into your vacancy.
Rescheduling or cancellation may not be arranged by email since I may not receive your message in time to arrange other appointments in lieu.
No fee will be charged for a first offense of cancelling without providing 12 hours notice.
A $40 fee will be charged for a second offense of cancelling without providing 12 hours notice, and all subsequent missed appointments will be charged the full scheduled service price.
