A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Lemar holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child and Family Studies from Berea College as well as an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy from Virginia College's School of Massage Therapy.
In 2005, Lemar opened Life Touch Massage, providing mobile massage services.
In addition to providing mobile massage services, Lemar was the most requested therapist at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama from 2006 to 2016.
During his tenure at Ross Bridges he received many accolades including most requested therapist, Marriot's Spirit to Serve Award and in 2014, was featured in B Metro Magazine as a Salon & Spa Superstar Massage Therapist.
