Our Signature Lomi Lomi massage brings ultimate relaxation and deep healing. Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art, incorporating rhythmic movements and long forearm strokes that soothe from light to deep to realign the body, improve circulation, and induce overall well-being. Calibrated from light-to-deep for realignment of the skeletal system, each move encourages flow by removing blockages of tension from the mind, body, and spirit.
We open by setting the intention of healing with a Hawaiian chant. Continuing with traditional healing methods, our lomi lomi incorporates la'au lapa'au (plant medicine) in the form of tropical aromatherapy, warm basalt stones, and a relaxing foot ritual with a detoxifying plant-based scrub and warm towels. This treatment is best experienced as a full body massage, however if there are specific areas of tension, we will devote more time to those issues.
Designed for athletes and those wanting to focus on greater mobility, our Sports Lomi includes a 20 minute assisted stretch session on the table and deeper work.

Enter from the South Entrance near Chipotle or Arby's, and we are on the lower floor - there are lobby signs, and you cannot miss us - there is usually plenty of off parking available in the protected lot.
I have a couple chronic health condition that cause daily pain and she listened to my needs and throughout the massage was attentive to the location and pressure she was using.
I have gone several times and each massage has been fantastic.
