My journey as a massage therapist began in the mid 1980s. The experience of a soothing touch, along with the incredible relaxation experience, was the catalyst that sparked my inspiration in learning the healing art of massage therapy. To this present day, I continue to hold the memory of that transformative experience. It is what fuels my dedication to assist others, and perhaps you, in experiencing mind-body relaxation by way of a soothing therapeutic touch one massage experience at a time.

In addition, numerous continuing education trainings and the combination of a full time 'hands on' practice of 30 plus years, has allowed me to successfully help folks of all ages, sizes and with differing muscular complaints and conditions. One can expect a caring compassionate massage experience tailored to me their needs. My specialities include Manual Lymph Drainage & Lymphatic Therapies for post operative care and for general better health.

Therapeutic Dynamic Massage cupping to relieve sinus congestion, reduce arthritic inflammation and relieve sore tight muscles.

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes.
Experiencing a Massage Cupping Facial is super relaxing and will not leave any marks or stretch the skin.
Reduction of fine lines is a major benefit.
Plus, lymph flow is enhanced allowing for greater healing and reduction of post surgical swelling from cosmetic procedures.
Best frequency to receive treatments depends on the efficiency of your body's healing process and is totally up to you, your budget and schedule.
It wakes the body up and makes it feel invigorated, at the same time producing a profound level of healing through nervous system sedation.
It stimulates the skin by increasing circulation and promoting a hydrated glow, while separating fused tissue layers and draining lymph.
It works deeper by loosening adhesions, facilitating the muscles to operate more independently and stimulating healthy elimination of accumulated debris in the tissues, organs and systems.

Family illness or financial problems, divorce and even vacations can produce emotional strain.
Touch is the first sense to develop in humans.
It is essential to our health and well-being.

Adults, as well, can become depressed and ill if they are isolated from this most basic of human needs.
