This session combines bodywork with guided emotional exploration to reconnect with suppressed aspects of self. Clients process unresolved experiences through somatic awareness, fostering self-compassion and psychological integration in a safe, supportive environment.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle rhythmic techniques stimulate lymph flow, reducing fluid retention and boosting immune function. Clients receive education on self-care practices to maintain lymphatic health between sessions for improved circulation and systemic wellness.
