My work is my life; I do my best with each personal treatment. In the field of massage, each therapist brings a unique style. That style, in some cases, varies radically from one practitioner to another. In other instances, my personal pressure of touch, the scent of lotions and the professional dedication that I have with my clients makes the difference.

The contact is very gentle and ideal for children and people in a lot of pain since they often fall asleep during treatment. Benefit from no returns. Craniosacral therapy helps trauma release from your body so that once restrictions are released in this way, they are gone for good. So when you're done, you're done. It's as simple as getting a big piece of cellophane and scrunching it into a ball and then assisting it to unravel itself.

Today more than ever people are inclined to sit for hours in isometrically contracted postures without adequate physical activity. When muscles contract, fuel is burned and waste products accumulate. Toxic by-products that develop from sustained muscle contraction are lactic acid, histamines and bradykinins. Inflamation, pain and aberrant (irregular, abnormal) postural patterns become neurologically involved when these irritating chemicals are not efficiently removed from the body's myofascial system.

The therapist is trained to treat the TMJ intra orally (from inside the mouth), and externally using a handful of varying techniques. Or they may attempt to treat your jaw using external techniques only if you are uncomfortable with the idea of manipulation from inside the mouth. The technique accesses different fibres of the temporalis muscle, the masseter, and the medial pterygoid, and can incorporate treatment of other face, neck and head muscles.

Gabi was by far the best massage I have ever received in my life. This is not an understatement, read on and you'll see why. I was visiting Tucson and had a lot of stress and typically don't do massages while traveling because I have an excellent masseuse in Atlanta, and I hate wasting money on fluff massage.
