Deep Tissue Massage

Targeting chronic muscle tension and injuries, our deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper muscle layers. This treatment improves mobility, reduces inflammation, and addresses postural imbalances. Ideal for athletes and individuals with persistent pain, it combines myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy to restore function and alleviate discomfort.

Sports Massage

Designed for active individuals, sports massage enhances performance and recovery through stretching, compression, and targeted pressure techniques. It prevents injuries, increases flexibility, and accelerates healing for athletes in training or competition. Our therapists customize sessions to address sport-specific demands and muscle groups.

Couples Massage

Enjoy synchronized relaxation with our couples massage in a private suite. This shared experience combines Swedish or deep tissue techniques with aromatherapy, promoting stress relief and connection. Available with add-ons like foot scrubs or scalp massages for an enhanced romantic retreat.

Prenatal Massage

Specially adapted for expectant mothers, prenatal massage eases pregnancy discomforts using side-lying positioning and gentle techniques. It reduces swelling, alleviates back pain, and promotes emotional well-being through nurturing touch, ensuring comfort and safety for both mother and baby.
