Seriously Andres gives the best massage I've ever had. He doesn't focus on relaxation in the moment, but instead fixing the problem so you can feel more relaxed every day.

Great communication. How massage should be. One of my friends is knowledgeable about bodywork and is very selective with the therapist she uses. She's my go-to for referrals. She highly recommended Dre and i have been seeing him almost weekly since. Dre is very detailed in his work with a deep understanding of each muscle and the ability to use different modalities to release tension and foster healing.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is an assisted stretching technique that is performed by a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapist.
The stretching takes place on a treatment table with comfortable straps to stabilize the part of the body not being worked on.
This technique uses combinations of PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) as well as traction.
The therapist will combine different techniques from the joint capsules in waves of movements targeting multiple angles to release, relax, and stretch the tissues and fibers.

Sports Massage is aimed for anyone that is active, from the weekend warrior to a seasoned athlete.
We have experience working with all type of athletes, ranging from the Utah Warriors (Major League Rugby) to ultra marathon runners, soccer players & long distance mountain bikers.
A Sports massage is designed to prepare the athlete for their best performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve tension.
Andres has been licensed since 2015 & graduated from Utah College Of Massage Therapy in 2015 with the additional training of the master body worker program that UCMT offers, along with frequent continuing education.
Andres specializes in Deep Tissue & Sports Massage that includes very detailed work on neck/shoulders and hips.
Andres is also a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, and has trained with Ann Frederick who is the founder of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) at the Stretch To Win Institude.
