Massage sessions are focused on improving your quality of life by incorporating specialized modalities to reduce pain, stretch therapy, rehabilitation focused work and aid in common issues such as back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis to name a few. We tailor our massages to meet each individual's unique needs. We offer over twenty years of hands on experience and a combined total of over 3,000 hours of instruction.

This session is a combination of techniques to provide relief to over worked and tired hands.

Pregnancy is a time in your life when your body experiences many changes and with the joy you can also expect some aches and pains as your body adjusts.
Whether you are in your first trimester or your last, Teresa is trained to help ease your muscles, promote relaxation and help you enjoy this wonderful time in your life.
She has over 400 hours of advanced prenatal and postnatal training and over 20 years of specializing in prenatal massage.
Both mother and baby share in the benefits as stress and tension.
Postpartum massage is so important to help the new mom recover from the battle of birth.
Your body worked hard to birth the baby and it takes the entire fourth trimester to help it heal.
During the postpartum massage, the therapist will focus on all the aches and pains most commonly experienced by new moms (back, hips, arms, neck etc.).
Postnatal massage aids muscle recovery, tissue recovery, smooth nervous system, regulates moods and assist fluid retention.
What makes this massage unique is that Teresa combines her postnatal and Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy training to massage the abdomen and assist the uterus to return to normal with less pain and inflammation.
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (R) founded on an ancient Maya technique of abdominal massage that helps guide internal abdominal organs into their proper position so that organ functions are supported and enhanced.
