We provide all the wellness and relaxation massages familiar to Spa Massage clients, such as Deep Tissue and Swedish Massages. As our name suggests, we also offer Medical Massage, which uses integrated techniques, across all levels of tissue along the neural pathways, to address the root cause of your pain. Spa Massage and Medical Massage may feel similar, but their techniques differ.

Medical Massage focuses on medical need and follows strict clinical guidelines and protocols. A Medical Massage therapist will use a broad set of therapies for muscle health and recovery. It is often effective to manage pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relieve nerve compression, improve digestion, increase flexibility, or treat other health concerns.

All our therapists are LMT's (Licensed Massage Therapists), but that's just the beginning. Many have been practicing for more than 10 years and along with their LMT, they hold certifications in different modalities/therapies and are extremely knowledgeable in regards to physiology and the connections between the body's layers of muscle, fascia and lymph systems.

Why is this so important?
If you want anything changed, such as pressure, areas worked, position, or if you are too hot or too cold, we encourage you to speak up!
You will not hurt the therapist's feelings by asking for something that will make you more comfortable.
Your therapist wants this to be the best experience for you to relax and enjoy.
Also, what you requested in one session may be different in another.
If you had a full body massage last time you had a session, but this time you only want your back/neck/shoulders/arms worked, it's perfectly fine to ask.
