Move MOVE is an innovative healthcare company focused on the integration of human movement. We are creating the future of medicine through devices, games and massage services that bring a feeling of peace to the mind and body. We help with needs ranging from chronic pain, sports performance, and mental health. Our sessions focus on YOU as a whole person and not a piece of you or a diagnosis.

Come and tell us your story we are always here to listen and find creative ways to help you heal. Swedish, deep tissue massage, and/or trigger point therapy. Each session is a full 60 or 90 minutes of hands-on work, with time for the massage therapist to answer any questions. MOVE bodywork sessions include a movement assessment, massage, and The CORE Movement System.

As a bodyworker, Joseph Kleman is as accomplished as he is kind and encouraging. He listens carefully and then does a thorough evaluation of the body. He teaches as he works, so that one leaves, not only feeling better, but with an understanding of the problem and a few targeted exercises for home practice.

Also myself being a male therapist it is important to me to make sure everyone that enters my space for treatment by myself or any of my therapists be treated with the upmost respect. At MOVE we hold ourselves to the highest standards possible. It's bad enough that things like this happen to women, period, but when we hear of predators taking advantage of clients in our own industry we are even more appalled.

We brought back what matters most and that is taking the time to listen to our clients before and after a session. We feel that taking the time to listen before a massage session allows us to really focus in on what we feel is the best pathway for results. We also wanted to offer you the time you are paying for, so we are a full 60 and 90 minutes of hands-on massage therapy.

Listening is an important key to our success as a team, it really is about us working together to reach a common goal. We aim to make each session about you as a whole person and not an injury or diagnosis. This session will include movements, massage and creating a plan based on what your current needs are. He has worked with me on lifelong patterns of collapsed posture and back pain. Over a six-month period, my posture is significantly more upright, the extensors in my upper back are working, and I continue to make progress every week in pain reduction and expanded capacity to move with ease.
