Services
Swedish Massage
This classic technique uses long, gliding strokes to target superficial muscles, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. Ideal for improving circulation and easing muscle tension, it offers a gentle introduction to massage therapy. Clients receive customized pressure levels to suit their comfort and needs.
Deep Tissue Massage
Focusing on deep muscle layers, this service addresses chronic tension and scar tissue through slow, deliberate strokes. It aids injury recovery and prevents future strains by releasing tightness in muscles and connective tissues. Recommended for clients with specific pain points or active lifestyles.
Thai Massage
Performed on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, Thai massage combines acupressure and yoga-like stretches to enhance flexibility and reduce joint pain. This invigorating session improves energy flow while alleviating stiffness in the back and limbs through assisted stretching techniques.
Signature Massage
A hybrid of Swedish and deep tissue methods, this service includes hot towel applications and foot reflexology. The treatment warms muscles for deeper relaxation while addressing specific therapeutic needs. Designed to balance relaxation with targeted pain relief in a single session.
Reflexology
This focused technique applies pressure to specific points on the hands and feet connected to body systems. A 30-minute add-on, it promotes organ health and stress reduction by stimulating nerve pathways. Enhances overall massage sessions with targeted rejuvenation benefits.
