Services
Firm Swedish Massage
This therapeutic technique combines gentle firm pressure with flowing movements to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Ideal for improving circulation and easing muscle tension, it adapts to individual preferences for pressure intensity. Regular sessions help maintain flexibility and prevent chronic pain development.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this treatment addresses chronic tension and stiffness through focused pressure and slow strokes. Therapists use hands, forearms, and elbows to access underlying tissues, providing relief for persistent muscle knots and postural imbalances. Recommended for individuals with repetitive strain injuries or chronic pain conditions.
Thai Stretching & Deep Tissue Massage
Integrating traditional Thai stretching with deep tissue work, this modality enhances flexibility while releasing muscular tension. Practitioners guide clients through yoga-like stretches while applying targeted pressure points to improve range of motion and energy flow. Particularly beneficial for athletes and those with restricted mobility.
De-Stress & Detox Massage
This specialized treatment combines Swedish techniques with hot stones and CBD oil for comprehensive stress relief. The heat from stones relaxes muscle tension while CBD oil reduces inflammation and promotes calmness. Designed to eliminate toxins and restore mental clarity through a synergistic approach to wellness.
Prenatal Massage
Specifically tailored for expectant mothers between 13-33 weeks, this service addresses pregnancy-related discomforts through side-lying positioning and modified techniques. Therapists focus on relieving back pain, reducing swelling, and alleviating stress while ensuring safety for both mother and baby. Regular sessions help prepare the body for labor and delivery.
