Services
Salt Therapy
Our Halotherapy sessions deliver dry salt aerosol through a halogenerator to support respiratory health and skin conditions. The 45-minute sessions occur in temperature-controlled rooms with private access. Clients breathe in micro-particles that absorb excess mucus while relaxing in zero-gravity chairs with optional blankets and ambient music.
Massage Therapy
Customized massage sessions combine traditional techniques with heated salt stones to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Our licensed therapists tailor pressure levels to individual needs while maintaining a full 60- or 90-minute session without time constraints between appointments.
Private Group Events
We accommodate private groups up to six people in our salt rooms for wellness events. Packages include chair massage, reflexology, or yoga add-ons with customized scheduling options. Group bookings require 48-hour cancellation notice and 50% deposit for services over $250.
Yoga Classes
Gentle yoga sessions in the salt room environment enhance respiratory benefits while improving flexibility. Instructors modify poses for all skill levels, focusing on breathwork synchronization with movement to maximize therapeutic effects of combined salt exposure and physical practice.
Reiki Therapy
Certified Reiki practitioners channel energy to unblock chakras and promote natural healing. Sessions follow standardized levels of practice with post-session integration recommendations. Clients remain fully clothed while receiving energy transfers that many describe as creating immediate lightness.
