Services
Therapeutic Massage
Our Therapeutic Massage combines Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to relieve chronic tension. Practitioners use hot stones, aromatherapy, and personalized pressure to address specific needs. Ideal for stress relief, muscle pain, and postural imbalances, this treatment promotes deep relaxation while improving circulation and mobility. Sessions include postural assessments and self-care recommendations.
Reiki Healing
Reiki sessions channel universal life force energy to balance chakras and clear energetic blockages. Practitioners use hand placements and crystal therapy to enhance energy flow. Benefits include stress reduction, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening. Sessions often incorporate sound healing with singing bowls and personalized guidance for continued growth between treatments.
Thai Massage
This floor-based massage uses acupressure and assisted yoga stretches to release muscle tension and improve flexibility. Therapists employ palms, elbows, and knees to work along energy lines, promoting circulation and vitality. Recommended for deep tissue work, posture improvement, and releasing physical and emotional stagnation through traditional Eastern healing principles.
Sound Baths
Sound Baths use crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to create vibrational frequencies that induce deep relaxation. The resonant tones help reduce anxiety, balance brain waves, and facilitate emotional release. Sessions may include Reiki energy work and aromatherapy to enhance the therapeutic effects of the sound therapy experience.
Crystal Massage
Crystal Massage combines somatic therapy with programmed Reiki-infused stones to target emotional trauma and physical tension. Cool crystal stones work on energetic meridians while warm stones melt muscular knots. This treatment addresses fibromyalgia symptoms, autoimmune support, and emotional blockages through combined physical and energetic healing approaches.
