Services
60 Minute Massage
This foundational session combines relaxation techniques with targeted therapy. Ideal for general wellness maintenance or focused attention on specific areas like the back and shoulders. The full hour allows for comprehensive treatment while maintaining personalized pressure adjustments throughout the session. Clients often choose this for regular stress relief and muscle maintenance.
Cupping Therapy
Incorporates silicone cups to create therapeutic suction during massage sessions. This technique improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps break up fascial restrictions. The cups are strategically applied to areas needing extra attention, leaving temporary redness that typically fades within 48 hours. Available at no additional charge with any standard massage session.
CBD Add-On
Topical CBD lotion applied to specific trouble areas during massage therapy. This localized treatment targets muscle aches, joint pain, and inflammation. The CBD formulation includes camphor and menthol for enhanced penetration. Available as a $10 supplement to any massage session, with clients reporting significant improvements in pain management and muscle relaxation.
Hot Stone Treatment
Uses heated stones to warm muscles and enhance relaxation during massage. The stones' thermal properties allow deeper tissue work with less discomfort. Warm stones are strategically placed on energy points while the therapist uses additional stones for targeted pressure. This service is particularly effective for clients with chronic muscle tension or stress-related conditions.
2 Hour Massage
Comprehensive treatment covering all major muscle groups with extended focus areas. Includes specialized techniques like scalp massage, foot therapy, and hand work. The additional time allows for complete muscular system attention while maintaining therapeutic depth. Recommended for clients with multiple problem areas or those seeking maximum relaxation and recovery benefits.
