Valerie found at an early age a passion for health, wellness, fitness, and being active outdoors. She earned her BS in Health Promotions from BYU and is a licensed Massage Therapist. After completing a private apprenticeship in Massage Therapy in 1995, she went on to study more about the Chakra and energetic systems and how they relate and interract with the physical body.

Val believes that anything physical we experience is a direct manifestation of emotional, spiritual or energetic energy we store in our bodies. Her whole body approach helps to process and heal old wounds, alleviate stress, and bring a better alignment to the mind body connection. She specializes in deep tissue, structural-based massage to address postural misalignments, alleviate chronic pain, aid in injury rehabilitation and facilitate overall well being.

Valerie has an intuitive healing touch and customizes each session to the unique needs of the individual. Val has a passion for yoga and for the beautiful journey of life.
Services
Massage Therapy has been many things to many people.
Traditionally it has been viewed as a luxury to be experienced by people who have disposable income as a way to relax and pamper themselves.
This belief is shifting as more and more people are seeing the value of massage as a comprehensive part of wellness and creating meaningful connection in their bodies.
Whether it's for maintaining a level of athleticism for athletes, dealing with chronic pain, rehabing from injury, or helping to alleviate stress and develop an overall level of wellness in the body, massage therapy is a necessity vs a luxury.
