Whitefish Lake Massage
Whitefish Lake Massage offers 18 years of experience to help bring the body back to a balanced state. Massage therapy calms the nervous system which in return will reboot the entire body. Each session the guest can design the treatment by choosing from trigger point therapy, myofascial release, applied kinesiology, diaphragm release, hydrotherapy, stretching, prenatal, pediatric massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular and relaxation techniques.

With all the amazing adventures to be had in Whitefish, MT, and the surrounding areas, a massage is just what the body needs to keep you exploring! Recently had a deep tissue massage with Jessica and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend her and look forward to our next appointment. I have been suffering from back pain and numbness in my hands and two weeks after our appointment I am still feeling the positive results.

Wonderful balance of deep tissue and relaxation. Dear Jessica -- The work you did on me has held and, I believe, laid the foundation for continued improvement.

Through the evaluation and treatment of soft tissue disfunction, Jessica has over 19 years of training and clinical experience to address a wide variety of medical conditions.
Throughout her career Jessica has had the chance to work with a large diversity of the public ranging from professional athletes to children with autism.
Jessica has worked in high end spas, health care facilities and is now owning her second business.
I've gone to Jessica Cooney whenever I've had major aches, pains, or incredibly tight muscles, and she's always known the right spots and the correct amount of pressure to make me feel loose, refreshed and pain-free.
October of 2015 - 2019, Jessica was able to volunteer her time with an amazing conservation group called Polar Bears International.
PBI's mission is to conserve polar bears and the sea ice they depend on.
PBI also works to inspire people to care about the Arctic and its connection to our global climate.
Jessica is on the support team in helping leading scientists in polar bear and arctic research during the polar bear migration in Churchill, Canada.
Hundreds of polar bears migrate to Churchill awaiting for the sea ice of the Hudson Bay to return so they can hunt on the ice for seals.
