We are here to serve your health and wellness needs specializing in massage therapy and yoga. Each session is customized to meet your holistic needs and therapeutic goals so no two sessions are the same. I'm Tiffany, the owner and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Mindful Massage and Wellness. I opened this practice after I received an Associates Degree from Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln, NE so that I could serve our amazing community with therapeutic touch.

I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and have been teaching yoga since receiving my 200-hour yoga training through Inner Power Yoga with R.R. Shakti. I'm often asked why I decided to pursue massage therapy and yoga. I know the transformative power of both and am passionate to share it with others by offering an experience to deepen the connection between the body, mind, and spirit.

I know the pains that come from sitting at a desk job and the journey through recovery after a serious accident. I believe the transformative power of massage therapy comes from authentic connection so each session is custom to the client and the client's goals.
Services
Our team of experts source mouth watering special offers from private islands to award winning, secluded beaches, our collection is irresistible.
Working in tandem with your therapist, this massage is customized to meet your needs.
Your therapist will use the techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point, Ortho-Bionomy, best suited to meet your therapeutic goals.
Goals can range from relaxation to specific work.
The session can include full body or focused on a particular area.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils.
The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.
Used as an extension of the therapist's hands, the massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
A typical class focuses on breath, movement, and the transition between postures.
My goal for each class is to offer a space for people to have an experience in their body and breath, to get full immersed in the present moment, to quiet the running commentary of the mind so that they can relish is the gifts of the present moment.
I encourage each student to honor what they are needing from the class by modifying their practice as needed and welcome requests for modifications to the class.
With the focus on the breath and movement of the body, we move away from the chatty mind so students leave feeling like they got a break from busy thinking and immersing in their breath and body.
The focus of Phase 5 is to move to a more subtle level of awareness of the practice and principles of Ortho-Bionomy.
Specific techniques develop and increase the student's understanding and proprioceptive sensitivity to the self-corrective movements (reflexes) initiated by the client.
Through the practice of observing, following and supporting subtle movement patterns, muscular tension is released, range of motion improved, and pain is reduced.
In Phase 5, students are encouraged to do less and let the client be the guide for his/her exploration for change.
