We will happily check your policy to see if your insurance plan covers massage therapy and acupuncture.
If you are new to our office we need to verify your insurance coverage before your first appointment.
If we are not able to verify coverage we ask that you pay the regular appointment cost.
Once we have verified your coverage we will refund this amount minus any copays or deductibles.
Please note: Your insurance contract is an agreement between you and your insurer, and although we file claims as a courtesy for you, you are responsible for payment of treatments not paid for by your insurance.
