Living Well Massage, was started in 2014 by Amanda Pace.
Amanda graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts, one of the best-credentialed massage schools in the U.S.
While she was there, she studied an array of Western and Eastern modalities.
Her current focus is to provide a rehabilitative relaxation massage experience.
This style of body work targets the deeper muscle restrictions while still establishing a relaxed state of being to allow for restorative results.

Swedish is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork.
It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.
A form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.
Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.
Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).
