Services
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage targets chronic muscle pain, repetitive movement syndromes, and post-surgery recovery. Using advanced techniques, we systematically release knots, improve circulation, and reduce lactic acid buildup. This service benefits athletes and individuals with prolonged sitting, offering lasting relief and enhanced mobility through tailored pressure and myofascial release.
Foot Reflexology
Foot Reflexology applies micro massage to foot tissues, promoting homeostasis and internal balance. By stimulating meridian channels, this service alleviates tension, enhances circulation, and addresses pre-symptomatic imbalances. Clients experience relaxation, renewed energy, or restful sleep, depending on their bodys needs.
Russian Remedial Massage
Russian Remedial Massage focuses on deep tissue warming and fascia release without triggering the 'fight or flight' response. This method systematically softens muscle layers, reduces pain, and accelerates recovery. Ideal for chronic conditions, it combines 50% tissue preparation with targeted work for lasting results in 90-minute sessions.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage uses rhythmic strokes to calm the nervous system and improve circulation. Light to medium pressure promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances lymphatic flow. This service prioritizes full-body harmony, making it ideal for general wellness and mental rejuvenation.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage combines heated stones with oils to melt muscle tension and flush toxins. The deep heat enhances relaxation, releasing tightness and improving circulation. This service offers immediate relief for dense muscle knots, creating a memorable, soothing experience.
