Tamara Quezaire (founder/principle) is accomplished in advanced therapeutic techniques, including Neuromuscular Re-Education, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Cranial-Sacral and other modalities.

After completing an interactive personal assessment, she will draw upon various modalities and utilize the most effective and appropriate techniques to address your specific needs.Your body and mind are, of course, integral parts of the process. We will ask you questions and listen to your feedback before, during and after your session. Our recommendation is that you arrive open to the potential of your own body's ability to heal and relax, and ready to unwind.

These are some of the bodywork techniques we apply.
After localized "knots", known as trigger points, are identified in the muscles, they are then stretched using a combination of passive and active techniques.
Myofascial release is used on surrounding muscles to elongate and resolve strain patterns that initially enabled the trigger points to develop.
