Palmgren Acupuncture
We offer natural, effective techniques like acupuncture, Chinese herbs and massage to help you reach your goals. Nick and Lynn are great practitioners. I saw Lynn once but have been mainly meeting Nick for multiple injuries that I had and he's been really great. Not only does he know how to treat injuries, he has a wealth of knowledge on how to take care of yourself to prevent further injuries and has an answer to any question I had about stretching or working out.

If you're an active person who plays sports or works out, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Nick! At Palmgren Acupuncture it's your turn to talk. You know your body better than anyone else so we listen closely to you and spend more time with you than other clinics. We ask you questions to understand the specific nature of your concerns to get to the root/cause of them.

We design an individualized plan and course of treatment for you. After you get multiple treatments, your progress is tracked along the way. We are a results-oriented clinic and committed to providing you with the high-quality care you deserve.

Lynn has helped hundreds of people improve their health naturally with Chinese medicine.
Her goal is to help her patients feel good again.

She specializes in acupuncture for pain management (especially hip and back pain), insomnia, and neuropathy.

Acupuncture involves the insertion of a pre-sterilized, one-time-use acupuncture needle into a particular area of the body to promote healing.
Acupuncture needles are very thin - as wide as 1-2 strands of hair.
In fact, 100 acupuncture needles can fit inside of one doctor's needle.
Acupuncture is an integrative medicine that addresses current health issues and prevents future ones from occurring.
It is practiced all over the world and has been endorsed by the World Health Organization, the National Institutes of Health and the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health.

Whenever something happens to your body - trauma, overeating, stress, a bad night's sleep, whatever it is - it throws your nervous system off.
This results in a health concern, such as pain, for example.
What acupuncture does is it rebalances your brain waves and nervous system.
Once that occurs, your body heals itself and the health concern resolves.
Acupuncture gives your body a boost so it can heal from the inside out.
It can treat chronic pain, fatigue, depression/anxiety, seasonal allergies, and headaches, to name a few.
