The exhilaration of owning a new part of oneself, the immediate and simultaneous re-education of one's being and action, the joy of self-empowerment, . My goal is to help you discover more length, space and ease in your body, relieve pain and tension, improve range of motion, calm the nervous system and create balance in the body and mind. The goal of Rolfing is to release the body from learned patterns of movement and tension that cause dysfunction and pain.

A key principle behind the work is that fascia tightens from chronic dysfunctional movement and imbalanced muscular tension, resulting in contracture. Over time, the tightened fascia becomes shortened with disorganized collagen, constricting muscle contraction and relaxation, and consequently constricting the movement across a given joint.

Rolfing is a hands-on treatment that is distinct from massage in its focus on releasing fascia-the soft tissue surrounding muscles-with the aims to improve postural alignment and reduce pain.Rolfing Structural Integration can significantly improve your body's structure, posture and movement by releasing accumulated tensions and strains through a process involving soft tissue manipulation and movement education.

Gravity moves silently within us, yet it influences and permeates the core of our physiology and more profoundly it affects our sense of who we are, how we know ourselves and how we experience both our internal and external world.
Rolfing focuses on realigning the body's soft tissue (Fascia) structures; Fascia gives the muscles, organs and the structure support, and their unique shape.
Fascia is key to perception, posture, coordination and movement.
Posture is an exploration, a process of self-study.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, subtle touch therapy that works in tune with the natural resources of the body to resolve tension, trauma and physical injuries.
The rhythmic nature of our bodies, which are full of fluid, is the basis for Craniosacral Therapy and how it works.
The therapist will tune into the fluid motion of your body and help to support any changes needed to free up motion and space.
The therapist will also work in connection with your nervous system, supporting it to relax and release any unwanted cycling energy.
Through my work as a Rolfer, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Yoga Instructor, my goal is to help my clients discover more length, space and ease in their body, relieve pain and tension, improve range of motion, calm the nervous system and create balance in the body and mind.
I received my Rolfing Structural Integration Certification from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.
I studied Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy at the Colorado School of Energy Studies, and I am a Yoga Instructor with E-RYT certification and over 1000 hours of studies in teacher trainings, immersions and countless hours of personal practice.
