I see people from all different walks of life who are suffering from pain and discomfort and they put their trust and confidence in me to help alleviate their pain. Swedish massage therapy is very effective at relieving anxiety and is often used to help alleviate the symptoms of stress and depression. Deep Tissue massage is a specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body; and recommended by many doctors as a treatment option. Reflexology Massage is energy running through the body in channels known as meridians and that massage of the feet stimulates these energy channels, promoting healing and relaxation.
Reiki energy comes from universal life force, I simply channel the energy from universal source through my hands and then to the client.
