Carrie Cegelis, MS, LAc, LMT, BCST integrates the traditions and therapeutics of acupuncture, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, nutrition and herbs for the cultivation of health and well-being.

With each client, Carrie crafts thoughtful, personalized treatments that often incorporate acupuncture with craniosacral therapy and massage therapy to address individual goals for managing illness, optimizing the body's physiological systems, and expanding the vision of what is possible: a vital, thriving state of being.Well-being is the natural upwelling of energy, buoyancy and contentment that occurs when the living ecosystem of the mind, body and spirit is properly nourished and tended.

Her work integrates acupuncture, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, herbs, nutritional guidance and lifestyle education for the cultivation of wellness, treatment of disharmony, and prevention of disease in her clients.
Most recently, Carrie is the founder of the Living Wellness Center, located in the Prospect Heights neighborhood in Brooklyn.
She pursued continuing education in craniosacral therapy in 2006 with the Upledger Institute, and was certified in biodynamic craniosacral therapy by the Shea Education Group after completing a 2 year training from 2009-2011 (Jupiter, FL).
Every session is crafted toward the needs and inclinations of the client.
Carrie works together with each individual to determine which modalities may best serve their goals.

Sessions are available by appointment in Brooklyn on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
