REGiMEN MASSAGE was established with the intention of filling the need for truly therapeutic bodywork, personalized for every individual's needs, without the distractions of corporate agendas. Attention is focused on the healing and maintenance of the body, rather than the atmosphere of mood lighting and scented candles. Therapeutic bodywork is an extremely beneficial, scientifically proven supplement to a healthy life regimen.
Along with the basics of proper diet and exercise, skillful massage can work wonders in helping you attain the highest quality of life possible. I am a 4.0 GPA graduate of the Utah College of Massage Therapy, and have been licensed in Hawaii since 2000. With over 1000 hours of training, my credentials far exceed Hawaii's license requirements. Although I have worked in some of Honolulu's premier spa locations, I most enjoy bringing the healing arts to a person's own space, where the worries of life can be left outside.
